Yummy but ever since I started wearing a CGM all cereal is pretty much not. Nothing healthy about it.

This was my favorite cereal 20 years ago. During this time, it's basically turned into corn flakes with more sugar.

Sure, I'm in for one - decent $2 filler to reach 5 S&S items if nothing else!

Sorry CGM Continuous glucose monitor. Cereal is horrible we really need to stop giving it to kids for breakfast. I'm not one of these everyone needs to eat healthy type people. Far from it. Part of the reason I have to wear a CGM but what it does to my blood sugar I can't imgine what it's doing too our kids.

Is this a deal site or a health site? I get confused when people post about the quality/ingredients of an item posted. This is not a medical site.

Worked for me. But the OP said "select locations" so likely not available in your area.

What are the comments on Slickdeals for, if not discussing the quality of the item posted?
For people like you to say "I got this deal also, great deal" ? Thanks pal, that's useful.

9g of sugar per 41g serving really isn't that bad these days. Not exactly good, but better than the average off-the-shelf cereal. And I can't think of anything better off-the-shelf for $2/box.
Pro tip - mix with Greek yogurt to get additional protein and nutrients.

But this isn't a comment on quality. Most folks know what this cereal is all about if they see a deal on it. No need to try and "inform" people about the ingredients and how horrible it is for you to eat. That has nothing to do with the "quality" of the cereal. Nobody asked about it either. The info posted is unsolicited and appears on most threads about cereal, peanut butter and many other food items.
