No, they don't. That's a very specialized feature and I imagine any underwear that do have them aren't going to be shy about advertising it.
So you looked into these having that feature as well? Did they confirm with you that they are not charcoal lined? Also, do you also suffer from flatulence issues and have you found another brand that might provide this solution? Thank you

If underwear have an activated charcoal feature they are going to BROADCAST it.
Not answering the rest of your inquisition, but I'll say this:
- I'm not sure that any underwear that actually had enough activated charcoal to eliminate odor would survive multiple washings
- If I had an IBS flatulence issue I'd be looking at the pad inserts instead of buying special underwear.
