much like the credit card points churning game, the name of the game with things like this is earn and burn ASAP. I'm sure somewhere in the terms it states they can pull whatever they want whenever they want.

This is VC money being burnt to build up a customer base. Which means the gravy train can stop at any given moment, whether because they reach their target number of users or they run out of money.

Lastly, we live in the golden age of enshitification. Any and all businesses will slow(or fastly) deterioriate the service they're providing. Or costs will increase. Either way, it'll get shittier and shittier till you don't want to use it anymore. By then the VCs and the C suite execs will have extracted 100s of billions whether the business made any money or not.

EARN AND BURN!!!

Do we actually know what happened with that coupon? Mine just disappeared from my account

I put in a support ticket but I don't think I'm getting it back lol

Not sure what happened with that coupon but with the different coupons as well as the 30% GC/discounts on reloading wallets, I've saved 1000s of bucks in a few short months.

The amount reserved for the $25 off $25 was exceeded and the promo was cut off because of it. Thanks for the new promo. Saves money.

You described my current employer perfectly

related to the deal: I downloaded and signed up but the restaurants were very limited. It was mostly bar/pub food in my area. No thanks. Deleted the app shortly after.
