I have to comment that P&G is TERRIBLE about their rebates, based on my experience. First one, I submitted the proper documentation, they denied and wanted another address. Gave it to them, then nothing. Sent 2 follow up, nothing. Submitted one last time, no response. Got a debit card for 1 submission, but 1 out of 3 is not worth the grief. If it is a slickdeal without the P&G rebate, go for it! If you get the rebate, good on you, just don't count on it.

"The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase" although offer page says I qualify. There's nothing on checkout page about the promotion, does it mean it's not applied?
