This TV is worse than the U76N, and it's two inches smaller. Not to mention I just bought one last month for $1400 and it included a free 43" too.

Not convinced this is a better television than the 98" TCL QM6 Pro at Costco, which has the upgraded QM7 screen. The item is either $1850 or $1899 in stores. This coming from someone satisfied with two owning Hisense units (100U76K and 85U8N).

Honey, it's not a TV—it's an investment in our marriage. For $1,497 we can either buy a 98" Hisense QLED masterpiece… or like, three date nights at Disney prices. This one lasts longer and comes with Dolby Atmos.

I'm in the market for a budget 95" or larger TV. Im probably going with TCL. I just don't trust Hisense longevity

Not a good deal, no local dimming, 400 nits max. QM7K was $1800 with local dimming and 2000+ nits.

Is this a good deal? how does it compare with the last one that had a 100" plus a 43" or something altogether for a similar price.

Only American men need permission from their wives to buy something.

note this is not a mini led (some marked qled are, such as the costco qm6 one listed above) but if this is the tv you want *and* you want an extended warranty, opt for the walmart version as the 5 year plan is $118 vs best buy's $300 5 yr option vs amazon's 4 yr for 170. You'll likely use it once you reach 4+ years so it seems like a no brainer for this level of tv. That said, I'd opt for the costco qm6 one that is $2k for mini-led and 5 yrs of costco related coverage.
