I can't stand how much I love this brand. They're up their with Patagucci in terms of quality...and price.

I seem to be in between their suggested sizing; any suggestions based on experience would be apprediated.
It's always been an issue for me, where chest fits right = belly to loose and vice versa.

6' tall
180 lbs
32" waist
42" chest

M or L?

EDIT: ok, so I biked to my local store that has PONTO 1/2 zip hoody, so a bit different item. My impressions:

Large → feels very comfty but looks loose; so a bit loose in mid section and waist
Medium → feels a bit tight but looks better fitted than large; fitted in mid section but mabye too fitted in the chest and shoulders

Commonalities for both M + L → hoods fit well, sleeves have proper length

So, I wish they made a Large that'a a bit longer and slimmer in the belly. LOL
The fabric on Ponto is stretchy so if I were to buy it I'd go with Medium. The quality of fabric and the stitching is top notch. Still, I wouldn't buy it at full price, but at 50% off I'd snag one. My store didn't have Uluwatu so couldn't compare to PONTO but it seems thinner, and PONTO is already as thin as I'd want it to be.

I bought both. I love everything vuori. Their joggers all fit great and I love their banks shorts. I don't love the look of this but I was in the market for a few hoodies and for half price I figured I'd buy them

Too bad they don't list weight, but nice that it has zipper in front which most Sun hoodies don't have. I have OR Astroman, which has a zipper and is awesome.

If you have a long torso, the fit isn't really weird; You're weird.
Helpful, thank you

I have seen and been to two or three Vuori outlets near LA area, why do people think they don't go on sale much. I didn't see that many clearance items like Lululemon, but still they do discount enough compare to their regular overprice.

I held the shirt at REI. It feels the heaviest sun hoody I've ever touched. It feels like twice the weight of pata cool daily.
But it's super elastic compared to cool daily, and probably suitable for spring/autumn use where you need warmer sun hoody.

I am a huge fan of Vuori, but this is a strange hoodie. You can tell why it's discontinued. It appears short, too wide at the waist and the hood/zipper looks off. The logo is also a bad look IMHO.
Mine was just delivered today and I have to agree. It is on the short side. I am 6'3" and ordered an XL and I wish it was 1-1.5" longer. When I lift my arms, you can see belly button. No I don't have abnormally long torso… This is going back to REI

Bought and returned. Short and wide. Also about 25% heavier than my other sun hoodies (weighed on a scale). Even the cashier said it looked off when she had previously been stocking them on the racks. Makes sense they were on clearance.

Giant ass VUORI logo on the OP post, more subtle on the one from the thread. I like that one better.
I ordered one of each and they sent me two of the same ones with the huge logo on it. Will be returning both since I feel like the ones I get from Costco are too similar to justify the price.

To my knowledge you can't get Vuori at Costco. Vuori makes excellent clothes that fit really well and are durable, this isn't Kirkland or 32 Degrees. The other posted mentioned the new outlets in the LA area, I've been to both. The discounts aren't very good, maybe about 10%-20% max on select merch with no points or coupon programs. The rest is regular price there. I love Vuori, so if it's on sale (very rare) for this kind of price I'll give it a shot.

I bought both hoodie styles (one in OP and the one in the thread) in S and M and I'll return if they suck.
