Coq10 is a precursor to ubiquinol which is what it is for and you need. I read coq10 is not good at converting to ubiquinol by your body mak8ng it useless. What you want is ubiquinol already ready made for efficient absorption and use

Everyone is different, but Coq10 has made a night and day difference with my fatigue issues. There have been a few times where I forgot to stock up and ended up taking a week off of it. I'm a different person without it.

Because they didn't register them not for any known issues but the US fda dosnt regulate supplements so not seeing any issues here?

It seems the quality has suffered recently. The 1 star reviews have some interesting pictures - Not good when the pills are and have 2 different color liquid in them

This doctor's best has extra virgin oil in it. that's good. Sam's club has sunflower oil in it. Yuck
