Product description says 30ms switch over time. It's a bit slower than I'd be comfortable with. It might work but under 15ms is a safer bet.

its alright, but I dod get wierd restarts every couple of weeks so not fully stable

Can I lower the input watts so that I can charge with 400 watts from my truck?
Can I cap the charge And discharge say 20-80%?
I am turn between this and the new Anker c1000 V2

Not sure about the Segway but I can confirm that the Bluetti Elite 100 v2 can cap charging amps and limit charging to solar above an adjustable %.

The cig lighter charging cable is sold separately.

I can't find anywhere to cap discharge, but in case the station is ran completely dead, there is an advanced option to turn output back on once input power is restored.

Ecoflow app has best customization features i have found. Delta 2 or 3 series has one in this size range as their smallest (1024wh). refurbs on ebay store. great devices I own multiple in the delta and river series. River 2 pro refurb is 768wh for around $300 with coupon on ebay store.
