These things will never see their full potential on wireless if you don't do wired. I feel like mesh pods are for keeping connectivity and not speed. I lost like 300+ mbps on wireless speed test moving to pods from using one all in one modem. No idea how speeds so slow

Available bandwidth gets halved with wireless backhaul. This and perhaps interference impact speed. Like you said, these are best if you can hardwire the units but I doubt most people can do this.The price is good but these will continue to drop in price.

What do you recommend for those electric outlet hard wire things? You don't need to fish wire everywhere it connects via outlets

Happy with our BE11000 the wifi 7 is like being wired. Our WiFi 6 with 2.4 and 5Ghz band was just so damn crowded causing our speed to drop drastically.
