The x5 is a spectacular camera in my opinion and well worth the price. I just upgraded from the x3 and its worlds better in just about every way.

It comes with a small cloth case just for the camera. It won't hold anything else.

Osmo will probably add replaceable lenses in the next version which is a year away. But that is how technology is, each year a new version comes out with slightly better specs. Always up to you if you want to wait.
