I could not find a board to repair it, although I did tear it down.
They're good enough that I bought 10 more for this year's conference. It's not an LG OLED or anything. It's an inexpensive 4K LED and for that, it's a steal.

well, you found your problem! Be HAPPY! You do know if your PC, smartphone, other equipment ran out of space, you need to "free up space".
Maybe you loaded up too many apps, or did something else, that filled up the internal memory.
I was using "music app on my pc a few days ago , and app was converting lots of music files ... batch files, ... and Pc said "out of space". I checked my drives and C drive had 0 space on it. I had to delete those music files to get back the space removed about 150gb's of space. And then just batched 10-20 files at time, instead of doing 200 of them at time.
I'm surprised you didn't research this on YOUTuBE. My firetv sticks also can be filled up, and have limited space... slows to crawl, and other problems.
p.s. Generally if I have problem with smart tv's or PC or tablets ... I go to "factory reset", and it removes everything to when I bought the tv, ... fixes lots of issues. Then just pay attention how many stuff you install, and check memory.
I do have this exact tv, and have a few other roku's. I don't usually load them with stuff, but plug in Apple TV 4k, or fire tv stick, or google stick in hdmi ports , and load them up with stuff (keeping an eye on storage amount left.
If you don't want to buy hisense, don't! Maybe tell people your problem, wait and see what suggestions you get. I do that all the time.
Personally I like FireTV OS hdtv's, because it has bluetooth, and is based on android OS, and can do more stuff on it. But Roku is good too, since you can plug in sticks or PC into it.
