Umm BB is a physical store and 10x faster to return things. Plus if it's DOA the process is simpler. Who says I want to box returns and waste time waiting on a line to ship...

yup.. Amazon returns are borderline criminal and sooner or later will be investigated.. they've gone from stupid easy, to purposely holding on to moneys for the minimum 21-30 day.. (not include those accepted at local retailers)..worse yet, some times , you won't get a refund until you contact Amazon - they'll say it was an error, and this after making you wait the full 30 days..I've stopped Amazon for everything except items which are practically not available anywhere else

Amazon returns on expensive items have been taking 45 days for me lately. Best Buy is much better and I like supporting the brick and mortar stores as much as I can.

100%. They marked an item as undeliverable by Amazon logistics and stated I would get refund upon return of item. 3 weeks later I had to call to get a refund that was never in my possession.
