how is iBuyPower's service now? my personal experience with them was bad because the computer didnt work out of the box and they ghosted me until i did a charge back

I just helped a friend sell hers, 13th gen i7, and it had the most anemic cpu cooler, random no name RGB memory that couldn't run xmp to save its life, adata nvme ssd and windows wasn't activated and the bios was horribly configured. Once you fix the bad configuration it worked fine. But for the price you pay, you think you're getting Samsung storage and crucial memory or something special but you get cheapest bottom barrel quality components. Also I forgot it was the most budget basic b760m msi motherboard with no vrm heatsinks

Haha I had the same issue Brand new desktop never worked they are ghosting me as well it was faulty ram
