I would say that if someone already has an R36S (or any other handheld with an RK3326 chipset or better), this isn't worth picking up; unless you just really wanted another cheap handheld for any reason. For people who just want an inexpensive handheld to play up to PS1 and GBA well, and/or are brand new to the hobby, or want to gift it someone who's a bit tech savvy but has never owned one, this could fit the bill.
Yes it comes with games but unlike Anbernic it's a no-name microSD which will likely die. Get a new card and clone the existing OS if you are not tech savvy.
If you are, then you can search up the best custom firmware (likely some variation of ArkOS like the above RevOne said) and install that. Then you can get your games from perfectly legal cartridges (wink) and drop them on the card.
Google "Reddit Emulation" and start there.
