Looks like Bestbuy is trying to get rid of their lower end models. I am not a fan on this LOQ mainly due to older CPU (intel 13th gen), small SSD, and iffy monitor (300 nits). While this is the cheaper 5050 gaming laptop on the market now, I would wait for a better deal.

How are they trying to get rid of their lower-end models when this was released just a few months ago? The i5-13450HX, despite being a bit old, is still plenty powerful. LOQ stands for Legion on Quality, so this series is supposed to be compromising on a few things, but still be better than their lower-end gaming laptops. The display, despite being 300-nits, is 100% sRGB, which makes it a good display and certainly not "iffy". The 512GB SSD is common in this price range and is easy to upgrade. You would not find a better deal on an RTX 5050 than this right now.
Not sure why these $800-1000 5050 gpu laptops are getting posted to slick deals. For prior gens, the XX50 line has generally been $700 or less. Sometimes even going for $550-600. Weren't there LOQ models in the past few months that had 4070 for $1000 or less?

This is what I paid for mine from Lenovo on eBay. Unfortunately, it only lasted 14 days and had to be returned / refunded because of a bad Bios. The PC would not boot and would go into some kind of a bios repair mode for hours at a time, one time it took 2 hours to boot. Another time I left it overnight and it never came on. Last Thursday it was working fine and I did a reboot after a windows update and never booted up again. I waited over 10hrs and decided to start the return.
You could tell it was stuck in bios because it would not even load a USB flash drive with the Lenovo recovery key on it.
I'm not saying they all have this problem, I'm just telling you what happened to me.
