It's too bad that nut allergies make these a no-go at my kids' schools. 60 of these would last me a long time, I think.

Beware. The latest boxes of nature valley sweet and salty almond look like the bottom layer was reduced by ~90%. The difference in size sounds embellished but as soon as you see it you'll understand.

It's not High Fructose so my body doesn't have an issue with it. I can only go by how I feel and look, and I never had a healthy bmi until I started cutting hfcs out of my diet.

There's no need for a protein bar which most folks are eating for healthy reasons to contain corn syrup in any form. Especially a peanut butter and dark chocolate chip bar. This is them cutting corners and using cheaper products. I'll stick to getting my protein bars from aldi where for a similar or better price I get protein bars without all this filler crap they are adding. I do 100% agree one of the first steps to a healthy BMI is eliminating ALL products that have HFCS in them and finding healthier alternatives. The other is drinking more water and less soda's. I drink 1 cup of kombucha a day to get my "carbonation fix" in a healthy manner that also aids digestion. The rest of the day is water. Keep a gallon jug near wherever you sit the most and keep your cup filled.

there's a store by me that sells expired or close to expired things. always stocked with granola bars. not like granola bars expire. also winco sometimes has them for $.98 a box as well, those are new, not expired, etc.
