Check the comments on previous deals before purchasing. I ended up tossing mine after just two months because the color changed when exposed to high cooking temperatures, and I no longer felt confident it was safe for food use. Just my two cents.

For those that care, "granite" pans are made with PTFE (teflon).

The proof is on the product page. If Carote doesn't explicitly state that it's not in the pan, then it's in the pan. But granite pans containing PTFE is well documented on the internet.
