It would have to be an expensive, industrial type shelf to carry the weight of the shelves, frame and contents.

If you don't need this level of weight capacity, Amazon has a lot of wire shelves with wheels. Prices fluctuate and there are many brands of this style.

Better to just not be cheap and get something stronger quality from Costco/Home Depot. They always jip you a few precious millimeters of metal or whatnot buying hardware online..

I bought pretty much the same design shelves on FB (used) for $30-$40 each so this is a great price.
If they're anything like the ones I have then they will suffice for any garage junk you have.
