I purchased a similar 3D Osaki model before covid for $1000. It arrived as new fully assembled, original box, new smell, no creases on the faux leather etc. Ymmv though. I use it almost everyday for naps. 15 minutes per cycle, when it reaches the 14th minute mark you can press the message button again for extra 15 minutes after that the chair will power down and you must actively turn it in again. Good luck

But reading about these chairs some articles say more air cells doesn't mean it's a better chair. More things to break. This is like buying fridge, the low to mid budget ones all have compromises b.
