The bespoke series has the redesigned ice maker (in the freezer). People generally agree this solved most of the issues with samsung fridges (aside from the usual average failure rate of all fridges in this price range). Its not like LG and their compressors.

A repair company, that makes money by fixing appliances, refusing to touch certain brands because they have issues? Sounds like a solid business model for suuureeee.

I've had my Samsung with Family Hub since 2021. No water dispenser but yes ice maker in the freezer. I had an issue with the screen within the first six months; Samsung came and replaced the motherboard at no cost to me. After that replacement was done, no more issues with it. I'm truly happy with it. Samsung treated me well, even offered to buy it back for original amount spent on it but I decided to keep it.

No option for me to "Complete the look" on the page for me. Maybe varies based on delivery zip code? Not sure I wanted to buy it anyway but I don't even have the option.

I used to work for the parts distributor for LG and Samsung. The parts often had a backlog and the warranty reimbursement was a bit of a pain and slow from what we heard from repair shops. Samsung started doing their own repairs (regional) to alleviate some of this… but owning a Samsung, I can confirm they are not reliable. Planning on a Kitchenaid (Whirlpool) next to replace it.

Because ALL servicers that I know that ARE authorized are HAPPY to work on them. It's how they make their money.

It should be right under the Delivery Options section and above Payment Options. My EPP shows that the Freezer can be added to cart for $79.20

Counter depth available for an extra $220. Odd to pay more for less space, but it's gotta fit.

Does it make sense to buy this and sell off the freezer, or just wait for a deal for a (similar) fridge?
