I bought this recently from Woot (like a month or so ago) and the condition of the ratchet was pretty bad. Worse than what even refurbished should look like. It was used and filthy. I returned it.

I've never shopped on Woot. Are they refurbished products or brand new?
I ordered a Milwaukee right angle drill off Amazon once and it was delivered in a clear plastic bag so I'm pretty hesitant

I recently purchased a Dremel multitool kit from Woot. Condition stated new, but it was stamped reconditioned. It was still a nice tool and a good price. came with a lot of accessories and supposedly a three year warranty.

by all means, no point in replacing till you find a good deal(and this aint it), but the compact-ness of the m12 setup is really hard to beat. not too many places you can fit a ratchet, but not an m12, where the 20v is more of an open air ratchet.

This is what I read often about items on Woot. I'll pass on this too, thanks.

OH wow. I bought that a month ago for a friend, just opened it up after reading your comment and it smells like electrical problems when I run it. Wondering if I already missed the return window 😐️

Bought one a month ago, new in box, works great. Dirty as hell... but only from my own hands. Lol
I have never had an issue with woot in the last probably close to 10 years.

I've never owned one of these so I have a question:

Can this "break" the bolt loose first then run to unscrew or will I need to break the bolt loose first with another tool then use this to unscrew?

if you search on slick deals they had a deal on the Chinese version from Amazon with 6,000 reviews.

I got it for $22 on sale and surprised it also came with a full socket set.

it's been great I had to do some minor repairs on the car and it held up pretty well, finished a lot quicker because of the access.

they have deals going regularly look it up just do a search here..
