I been buying these for years, but this year the quality of them been so bad. It's like a thin sheet of plastic and isn't as thick and strong like it used to be in all oral b floss.

Nah, that's giving Proctor and Gamble too much credit. California outlawed PFAs in consumer products entirely and most companies removed PFAs from their products. Some companies no longer sell/ship to California. (It's a very noticeable uptick). Oral B was ahead of the new law implementation by only like a couple months/year. There was also an article that came out that Oral B floss had some of the highest PFAs content among floss tested. Anyway, you're absolutely right about the reformulation. Don't hoard the old stuff. It is highly carcinogenic.

Agreed. The quality is bad compared to a few years ago. And I don't feel any mind.

About $10 at Costco on coupon right now for the grey version in a 6 pack. However it's also getting lots of 1 star reviews lately for same reasons as mentioned above

Yep. Just bought a new pack at Target. The new formula is utter dog do-do. So bad. Just as bad as the cheapo "free" dentist floss you get...

I think they found out that wax coating that made them slide better and feel better is causing cancer . So they removed it and the quality become bad . So either cancer or shitty floss

I appreciate the comments as I was considering getting this. Years ago, I used this Oral B Glide but switched to Raach waxed brand which was cheaper (90 cents at AMZ) and still did the job. I get Reach at Dollar Tree now for $1.25 and it seems fine.

They recently removed the PFAS from the formula and now their floss is complete crap. This stuff is awful.

The oral b tape is much sturdier and less prone to breaking than this floss version

Not to be taken lightly, saw an article recently that they were experimenting with using floss to deliver drugs to patients as an alternative to injections. Drugs were effective quicker using this new method.

I've tried so many "new" glide floss types and it's all hot garbage… going to try a satin tape thing and see if that works but glide's new and improved floss is truly awful. 😣
