The one thing that could probably use some clarification though is that Wendy's expirations occur at 4 or 5 AM (Eastern time). So it won't be valid through the entirety of the expiration day, as a lot of people might expect. Since the Frosty deal expires on 8/26, you can still use it in the very early morning hours on Tuesday if your Wendy's is open late. But no, it won't be valid for most of the day on Tuesday. And the same goes for all Wendy's expiration dates … the offers that expire on 9/1 will also only be good through the early morning hours of 9/1.

In think the frosty with purchase may be a monday only deal. The hot deals ($1.00 double stack for this week) are weekly (offer valid everyday of the week).
Everything listed in the OP appears correct. The Hot Deal Summer offer regenerates daily and can be used daily. (The deal changes weekly though.)
