No idea the quality, but that's a good size for growing most any veggie (though I'd shy away from doing corn in one of them! LOL).
If you buy bagged dirt to grow with, these will each take ~1.5 cubic feet. If you're using them on a patio, I would suggest looking into plastic pot saucers to put underneath. Helps retain water in the bottom of the bag, on a hot day.

Or just plant straight into the bagged dirt for the first year if you are buying bagged dirt.

I just bought some 20 gallon but they're pretty big for growing my garlic. I think I'll grab these and use the 20s for something else.
