The Real Killer or break of this deal is the CAS 36 memory. the motherboard is sort of higher price motherboard so not a bad combo but if your spending 1k on top end processor and motherboard you don't wan cheaper slower memory. Microcenter deal still beats this MSI X870E Mobo with 64GB CL30 memory and 9800x3d for 789.99

There isn't a bundle with 64gb of ram. There is a 32gb bundle for $649

Go to Microcenter > PC Parts > AMD Bundle and look at the top of the page where it says to upgrade the RAM.

I got all excited when I saw it on MySA. Only to then be disappointed when I saw it was Austin getting Microcenter and not San Antonio. San Antonio always gets over looked for Houston, Dallas/Forth Worth, and Austin. Saw it mention it's expected to start construction in October and be done January 9th. I probably will end up doing the Microcenter deal in a few weeks if it's still around. It's annoying you only get CL30 and not CL28 as an upgrade option (and only with the 64GB upgrade) but it's a lot better than CL38 that every prebuilt is pushing + their other bundles (CL36).
