For what I mentioned, not the partner store. I got the 20% coupon a few days ago by opening the chat and asking about stock. The agent asked me what I'm looking for in a TV then provided some product links and the coupon (single use good for that day only.) I did not ask for the coupon or any discount, they pushed it at me.

Too bad the soundbar isn't bundled here. Only the G5/C5/B5 in 83" and 77" seem to have bundles. The 83" C5 would be tempting if it had the soundbar bundle instead of the 34" monitor bundle.

I just tried this on the regular LG store (non-partner) and asked about C4 stock of the 83", and after conversing about stock and alternative options, I did not get any coupons pushed at me.
Edit: as we were concluding, the agent gave me a 15% coupon.

I simply opened the conversation by asking if they had any information on the 83" C4 ever coming back in stock. Then the agent asked about what I was looking for, and I explained that I was looking at the C4 and G4 but that the G4 was not worth paying $1,000 more.

Yeah for previous gen that's probably about right, since those are already discounted. The 20% off I got was for a C5 (current gen.)
