Anyone know if this would be good for video editing 4k videos using premier pro?
On a budget maybe but your going to want faster storage and a dedicated GPU if possible. If you don't mind incredubly long render times or are doing very simple edits it might not matter. Also it helps if you have to go mini to get one that would support an external GPU for an upgrade path, all be it very expensive.

Shirley you don't mean in a professional capacity?You'd need internal HDD storage cause just the orignal files are so big. External drives are trash cause USB is trash. External drive cases/USB anything tend to fry something expensive connected to it.If you mean for one or two edits; as long as it has 1tb storage if this couldn't process a 4k vid edit in under 4 hours ; i don't see how it's sold as modern.Your video processing is done on the cpu. Last I checked gfx cards did nothing but run games an 3d modeling software. Some old ones couldn't do 4k video output; even then playback was still usually the cpu.
Since you seem new to this; it takes a long time to process edits in post edit. You are still not looking at reducing a 4 hour edit to a 5 minute post processing time by spending $6000. 4 hours was high end a few years ago. That's with you not using the work computer.

Since you seem new to this; it takes a long time to process edits in post edit. You are still not looking at reducing a 4 hour edit to a 5 minute post processing time by spending $6000. 4 hours was high end a few years ago. That's with you not using the work computer.
