There are no easily obtainable replacement parts for these things and virtually zero support. I had to do an extended warranty on this through my credit card company and went though the hassle of having a guy from Geek Squad come out to "officially diagnose" it in order to provide proof/evidence to the credit card warranty benefit company that the chair was not repairable or replaceable. Got the money back but it was a real hassle. My in-laws are still using it in its half-broken state too lol
