UNBLEACHED ENRICHED FLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE {VITAMIN B1}, RIBOFLAVIN {VITAMIN B2}, FOLIC ACID), CANOLA OIL, PALM OIL, SUGAR, SALT, LEAVENING (CALCIUM PHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA), HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP, SOY LECITHIN, NATURAL FLAVOR.CONTAINS: WHEAT, SOY.
Unbleached flour: The bran and germ are removed to process the unbleached flour so it has little to no nutrients left and mainly has some protein, then they add back "nutrients" sourced from who knows where.
Canola oil - made from crossbreeding rapeseed to reduce erucic acid levels and make it edible. Most canola oil is GMO.
Sugar wasn't enough, so they added high fructose corn syrup.
Soy lecithin may be GMO as well.
Natural Flavors - these 'natural flavors' are extracted through different methods such as distillation, fermentation or solvent extraction. (https://www.healthline.com/nutrit...ITLE_HDR_2)
The package also states that the "food" inside contains Bio-engineered Food Products, the new name for GMOs - Genetically Modified Organisms. So unpopular they changed the name. This could be referring to the canola oil, the soy lecithin or both.

People buying crap like this on Amazon is one of the reasons the service has declined rapidly. Take your lazy butts to the store and stop overloading delivery vans with garbage like this.

My local Tom Thumb has smaller packages are really good prices - 12 oz for $1.97 and I can get variety. Also try to support your local grocery, before Amazon and Walmart make them extinct and then get to become a duopoly and raise prices as much as they can !
