These are great hats ... until the elastic band inside starts going bad and bunches up, making them uncomfortable. I've owned about 4 of these hats and the elastic went bad on all 4 after just a few months of wearing them. I quit buying them.

Exact same experience. If you wash it in the washer, elastic band will get loose soon. I don't put it in the dryer at all.

Yeah as a big-headed guy these are my main hat. It's basically these or a custom hat and at this price I can buy about 6-8 for the price of a single custom
