These are the XE75, not the XE75 Pro. The XE75 Pro are currently $179.99 on Amazon. The Pros have one 2.5 Gb port and two 1 Gb where the XE75 only has 1 Gb ports.

I have 2 sets of older model, AXE5300, runing at 2 separate places for years without any issue. Flawless stability and good speed. The only con I can say is their range is not that great. Then again, it could be the layout and interferance from metal/electronics.

I have XE75 pro using it since prime day deal and satisfied with it. It does not include all features for free like asus but still I am satisfied with the range and speed I am getting around the house that too with wireless backhaul

I'm not trying to defend TP-Link, but I am wondering why you said that. I checked Amazon and 73% of the reviews are 5 stars (out of 5 possible). Then another 11% were 4 star reviews. 84% were 4 or 5 star reviews.. how is that "terrible"?

I know bots and shills can post reviews, so it's not an exact science. But that maxim applies to your statement as well (just because you see a bad review or two doesn't mean the product is complete trash). And just because I see 84% 4 and 5 star reviews doesn't mean the product is awesome.

My point? If the product seems interesting to you, the price is good and you have confidence in the company's ability to support their products with firmware updates and security patches, go ahead and buy it. Especially if it's from Amazon, because of their 30 day return policy. If it doesn't work, send it back within 30 days and get your money back.

I have two of the Pros. No issues here. Plenty of speed for my devices and good coverage. The Deco app has updated the system several times in the time I've had the setup.
