I'd wait for a Bluetti Elite 100v2 (has been as low as $379 for a new unit) or a refurb AC180.

Those can handle at least 1800W continuous (good enough for almost any household appliance or powertool), have 1kwh of capacity, can do 140W usb-c, and higher solar input of 1000W. You can kinda use the solar input as a psuedo expansion battery. They also weigh the same ~25 lbs.

These are great for camping/tailgating or a short-power outage. I run my whole office off an Elite 100 while it's connected to just 500W of solar and save about 1.5 kwh a day of my utility bill.

Their bluetooth app requires Internet access to work, which you will discover only after you are out camping or there's a power+internet outage.

This is not a joke. It actually does.

Exactly this. The Bluetti 100v2 was $379 and every YouTube channel reviewer said $379. I can't possibly pull the trigger at $499 right now.

I found this for my jackery during a power outage. It wanted me to create an account with them just to be able to use the functionality of my unit. No way.

Is there anyway to setup indoor as battery backup & connect solar panel outdoor? I don't need for camping but would like something reliable backup in house. Lately we face too many power outages by JCPL.
