Does anyone know if these will stick to a painted wall?
It really depends on the wall surface you are trying to attach it to, but in general, suction cups don't usually work that well on painted walls.
Do you have any large suction cups in your house you could test sticking to the wall?
Walls that have texture applied are very bumpy and these bumps prevents the suction cup from creating the vacuum needed to hold the suction, but a very flat surface like painted concrete that's smoothed out might not have the same problem.
But with this discount, you could simply buy it and it doesn't work, you're not losing a lot. Good re-gift item or just return it.
