Holy smokes. Who's buying Chinese junk for 800 dollars?
Look closely within your house, it's full of Chinese junks.

Your shoes, your clothes, your phone, your pc. Half your home is Chinese. Heck, maybe your wife is too.

That's an error. Sheesh it took you 23x more effort to type your post than if you had just clicked on the link.

Picture quality of projectors below $3000 is not that great any way so having HDR and DV isn't going to magically make for accurate and pleasing contrast, brightness, colors. I've seen a lot of these PJs side by side and you really got to go to Sony and JVC or even higher end Epsons to get beautiful imagery.

Optoma is such a dogsh-t company. Won't ever buy another one of their products, especially after the DLP chip fiasco in a lot of their older projectors where the design is bad, the DLP chip overheats, causes white spots like cancer, and they try to charge you new projector price to replace the chip or you have to suck it up and do it yourself for $200-300 every couple of years with a shady 3rd-party Chinese DLP chip that's hard to obtain. No thanks. I wouldn't touch one of these again without a ridiculous warranty.

I did click on the link. It clearly said "buy new at $998.99". Its not my fault the Best Buy wrote that in error. Why should I have to do more research when a company can't advertise correctly?
