I bought a similar product. Spent a lot of money. The rear speakers kept popping and making noise. It was so bad. Trying to update it did nothing. Now it's in my closet and I bought a cheap Vizio atmos and it gave me no trouble.

Very surprised this one has more than 2 satellites. I've always wondered why even soundbars in the class of Q990D/F only have two satellites instead of 4 to give a better discreet surround sound effects. It's out of my budget for now but how do y'all find these. It's really good to see more discreet speakers as opposed to 6 speakers jam packed into 2 satellites like the Q990D/F

nakamichi used to be superb hifi so long ago, this is really something of a change!

This system ranges from optimistic to outright lying, as 9.2.4 means 9 primary speakers, 2 subwoofers, and 4 overhead (height) speakers.

Pretty much the same situation here. Issues that updates and customer support could not fix. Threw mine into the attic and built my own system.
