Not sure i'd trust a company whose main website hasnt been updated since july .... still showing huge july sale going on....then if you actually click their section on these products it shows nothing available... concerning.

I purchased this and it will not power on. I tried contacting the company multiple times via email, facebook and phone for weeks with no luck. There's an article that Geneverse was acquired by Jackery and that existing customers will be supported. However I reached out to Jackery and they are stating that I need to contact Geneverse...
