FWIW, I believe these dual HDMI Sapphire cards are actually sharing bandwidth across the HDMI ports. I've read about problems where people can't get two high refresh rate 4K displays to work properly when both are connected via HDMI. Silly design decision.

If you buy this, check the serial number with Sapphire. Sapphire sometimes sells discounted OEM SKUs to retailers without a manufacturer's warranty. Newegg does list 2 years for this item, but Newegg also has a habit of having inaccurate item descriptions.

If the XT gets down to MSRP, for that $50 more it'll be worth it. But, haven't seen that yet. This thing is much more power efficient, and with a good OC gets pretty close to the XT version.

Whoa MSRP?!

If the XT gets down to MSRP, for that $50 more it'll be worth it. But, haven't seen that yet. This thing is much more power efficient, and with a good OC gets pretty close to the XT version.

MSRP for non-XT is $499
Nope. At launch, 9070 MSRP was $549. 9070 XT MSRP was $599. OP is correct.

No dual bios sadly. FYI for those who are willing to do a bios mod you can get this above XT speeds fairly easily with a XT bios flash plus under volting. Did that with my Sapphire 9070 pulse (used the Nitro+ bios). And it worked perfectly. I chose to get the 9070 at MSRP and mod+of versus waiting months for a MSRP XT card to come around

I don't think you'd notice much different from this card. If you do performance per watt, it is pretty much actually $50 different from the XT. This is a good card regardless.

I have the Asrock 9070 in my wife's computer and a Powercolor XT in my computer. Good cards for Linux.
