Check the Drugstore/Grocery store forum on SD. CVS ran a promo for a month where you can get 20% off on Zillion cards that also worked on Amazon. Picked up $1k worth of Lowe's.

But the best Lowe's GC deals are from Amex. They run it 2-3 times a year. Here are couple of the past ones. If you have a few Amex cards, you can get 20%-25% off multiple times per card. I had both of the following offers on my amex cards. I ended up getting Amazon GCs instead as they sell them at the store.
