Lost Soul Aside seems to be FF meets DMC - and that combat is far better IMO, which you can experience for free with the demo. The rest of the game has tepid/negative reviews as it's not really an AAA game, so I'm waiting for it to go into the bargain bin.

honestly I put this game off because of the bad reviews from the critics, and I 100% regret that. this game is absolutely phenomenal.
I 100% the game and my only regret is that I'm not able to re-experience for the first time again.
I'm so invested in this world and it sucks that there's nothing else coming for it. The tears I shed during this game were just wow.
This game's version of the Prelude, is absolutely incredible. Just thinking of it gives me chills. It's such a a powerful piece.
If you haven't, please buy this game and do everything it has to offer.
