crap machine. flimsy as hell. literally can easily fold it in two pieces. usb occasionally stuck. worst machine we have ever bought

Title is wrong. The 6600H does NOT have the 680M iGPU. Kinda sucks because although the build quality is almost certainly crap- the rest of the machine seems like a decent price. Shame the iGPU is the sad 660M.

Edit: The $900 MSRP is laughable.

Title is wrong. The 6600H does NOT have the 680M iGPU. Kinda sucks because although the build quality is almost certainly crap- the rest of the machine seems like a decent price. Shame the iGPU is the sad 660M.

Sorry about that, had some wires crossed. This has Radeon 660M not 680M and 1TB SSD.

For $355 is there any better deal fght office work? I will take her out if the charger 2 or 3 times a year. 1TB and 32GB of memory? I am not familiar with the GPU Radeon 660M performance, any advice would be appreciated it.

Anyone got an idea of the build quality? Mostly the keyboard/trackpad.

Had one of the gateway laptops that had a horrible trackpad and I don't want that again. I know it won't be as good as a MacBook but just something serviceable

Look up reviews outside of Amazon, like on Reddit. I think I saw a review and it was same or worse than Gateway from Walmart. They disassembled it, and it was a joke inside compared to major manufacturers.

I got a Gateway from Walmart for a friend. Cheap build, junk speakers, but best price for the specs. She's been ok with it for 3+ years now. Hinge broke, but otherwise ok for a standard browser & office app user.

very good price for the spec.
BUT, do not try to carry it around like a laptop, it will for sure break very quickly.
Just use it as a stationary desktop, and it might last a bit.
