I'm hoping the price drops that low on their ebay store too. Here's what Secondipity said about warranty:
For Sony products, we only offer a 90 day policy. The first 30 days, you qualify for a return for a full refund or replacement and after the 30 days for the remaning 60 days, you qualify only for a replacement only. After 90 days of delivery, your order does not qualify for refund or replacements. Any additional extended warranty you purchase at check out, will be through a third party company.

Super tempting and my WH1000XM3s have held up for 6 and a half years now...but not sure I trust a 90-day warranty on a $300 product.

I was watching these for a long time, but I'm really put off by the reports of broken hinges on these XM6s. I'm still on the fence and will probably hold off for now.

Please note that just like XM5, the ear cushions on these are not very deep if you have big protruding ears. You're better off with the Bose QC Ultra or JBL Tour, if your budget allows
