Don't buy this, the contents are pure trash. Buy it only if you want the tin can.

these "kits" in general are designed to pretend to offer you a lot of value. Serious first aid kits are assembled by hand with a logbook for expiration dates. Use these kits for inspiration but don't get scammed by them.

I've used some of the hiking/hunting/camping ones available at like REI in the past as a good starting point and have built on them adding things like bactine, hibicleanse, and a tourniquet or two with some extra rolls of gauze and quikclot and have always felt good about keeping them in the car, backpack, or range bag.

If you are making your own and putting it in a car or backpack, well a ziplock baggie is about all you need for a boo-boo kit.

Id rather pay the two whole extra dollars to have it neatly packaged in a tin can and not think about it.

I used an ammo box and put a big red cross sticker on it. Big enough to fit whatever in it

I have one of these from before covid. As far as what's included it's all pretty useful as a booboo kit and compact enough to live in my bag. it's not a 100 piece kit with 50 safety pins or something that's the size of a toaster.

I added burn cream to mine, some more bzk wipes as well as Benadryl. it gets used pretty often when I'm out and about with people because someone always needs something.

sister ripped a seam on her dress so she needed the safety pin.

nibblings have countless cuts and scraped from playing. I don't think i have the original bandaids in there anymore.

a friend was having sneezing fits to another friends cat and Benadryl helped save the night.

the only thing I haven't used is the sting relief. with the bees dying maybe that'll never be used.

I think the one thing I might be missing is some miniature tweezers for pulling out splinters.

you're probably not saving someone from being shot. you're not trained for that and if you were you wouldn't be complaining that this altoid tin doesn't contain a TQ or chest seals.
