Really tempting, since I want a milled face hammer, especially since I'd be paying $76.47 through the AAFES/HD store. But really, how often do I actually hammer nails?

Nice stream of thought there. I don't know. How often do you?

Legit q: What advantage does a titanium head give for personal/home use? I know titanium tools are a bit more common in aerospace/defense industries for working on magnetic-sensitive stuff but obv that's not super applicable elsewhere, is it just the lighter head material vs steel?

Titanium is protonically actuated. This means that whenever you strike a nail (or an intruder) with a titanium-noggin hammer, it sends a hyperbaric shockwave through it and essentially welds it in to place permanently.

Hmm, a what can do what? You were trying to explain it like I am 5 with sentence "This means...". But I guess you have to lower my age for this one.
