How much will be the OneDrive storage that comes with this?
I guess worth to take a chance if they extend a free next year as well

One of my alma's gave out *.edu emails for alums. That seems to be pretty common for larger universities. I don't use it except for deals that require one to be a student LOL

Tip - Make sure to go in and cancel recurring billing. It'll still keep the trial intact.

Very few college students use Microsoft 365, they're all on Google Workspace apps instead. Microsoft fumbled this specific market tremendously.

I did that, but I guess since my current subscription doesn't end for a couple of days, I am getting an error.

Blows me away that ANYONE would pay a subscription for stuff that hasn't changed since 2010. Buy office 2010 once and never pay again. How did people allow them to get away with this scam?

Most schools give you office access anyways, but I guess the best thing to do is sign up when you are about to leave school and get 1 year from that point.

Lately, the hook these companies are using is to sell the product for cheap but offers 1Tb of cloud space which needs to be bought every year to continue. Customers do like this type of scam !

I go a step further and sign up with a temporary credit card number from privacy . com for all of these "free" trials
