It's placebo. Vitamin C is not fat soluble, so whatever your body doesn't need right then ultimately ends up in the toilet the next time you void your bladder. You're far better off trying to eat a balanced diet and getting even some light regular exercise to keep your body in good condition to fight off any pathogens you might pick up.

The Vitamin D is worth a tiny bit I suppose. It's only 600IU, which is about what you'd get from a multivitamin. Unless you have albinism or something, you'd probably be better off just getting a little sun exposure while on a walk outside.

Honestly, just eat some fruits and veggies and try to go for a 20-30 minute walk every day. That will be worth infinitely more than this stuff ever will be.

how do you get 15% without having 5 deliveries this month. isn't that a waste of money to have 5 deliveries to save this few bucks. ?

I always try to have at least 5 S&S items for the month to get the 15% discount, then after they ship I often cancel the S&S.

5 items or more. Not 5 deliveries. Figure out 5 things you buy monthly and add them to your S&S order. Toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, etc.
