Pros
A) Whisper quiet even at high speeds
B) level 4 and turbo move a lot of air
C) customizable oscillation range with a nifty remote
Cons
A) levels 1-2 are basically useless
C) battery lasts about 1-2 hours on level 4
At this price it is a no brainer
I don't need the battery will use it plugged in. Is it good for a normal wired fan?
if you don't need the battery or the mister i would suggest you spend a few more and get either of these dreo instead:

What's so good about out these?
the 513s has better build quality and more premium feel than the 704s but the 704s has better performance.
neither of the dreos i listed have misting options or battery control.
