Space black only, fyi. Midnight color on the MBA is a fingerprint magnet, space black was supposed to be slightly better. Not sure in practice how true that is.

This is a good deal, but I'm on the fence for silver.

So basically $100 for 8GB more memory compared to the many previous deals of $1299 for the 16GB version. Just so so deal I guess.

Very odd decision of Apple to include the base M4 in the "Pro" models IMO. For those that might have overlooked it
M4 Pro is twice as fast as M4 for graphics and 30-50% faster for CPU

The base M4 chip is almost as good as the M3 Pro, and the battery life in the M4 lineup is simply unbeatable!

I assume we're getting an M5 in early 2026, but the next big revision won't be until 2027 (OLED + Smaller Notch)
