Yes, the all-caps seven random letter company is better than the all-caps six random letter company.
GBX45 looks decent, you'll pay more for that brand.

I think Noco is a known brand. Amazon sells them directly, as does Walmart, Autozone, etc. I have not personally owned one.
GBX45 looks decent, you'll pay more for that brand.
However, desite being happy with them, I'd still buy something like this unit -- at the $25 price point. The NOCO's I own were closer to $100.
Also, I found the specs -- this is 84 Watt Hours (that's about 22000 mAh in standard USB battery bank rating at 3.7v).
