It's very good, 25k sensor is awesome.
Lots of buttons, and that two-mode scroll wheel is really cool and seems to be made of metal. Just be aware it's heavier than the g603.
I enjoyed my g502 for a while, but I stopped using it because I'm just too accustomed to wireless mice. Using a g305 because I don't need the precision this mouse offers. There's a noticeable difference in quality.

G502 has been to go-to mouse for me for years ever since the original mx518 went out. I have 2 SE versions sitting in my electronics cupboard as backups, also purchased at $30.

eBay was applying a shipping charge for me, for some reason. Maybe I needed to progress through checkout further? In for one via BB website, though, which gave me free shipping.

The only downside is the crap program Logitech upgraded a while back. Gotta dig up an older version for easy programming.

In for one for a backup for my current 502. My last 502 exhibited the double click issue after a couple years and I had this as a backup when it was on sale for cheap. So, might as well have another backup just in case, LOL.

This one still has the double-click issue, so it's a matter of when, not if, it will break.

Every PC I use has a 502 and I have never had the double click issue. A theory was developed: thoses of us that keep our mice very clean tend to not get the issue.

I don't know. I do know my mouse survived COVID where i had spent over 12 hours a day at my PC. Working, then gaming.

What I don't like about the mouse is Macros require the software. At work I program some of the buttons type things I need to repetitively type. Some day, for security, I will no longer be able to install unapproved apps on my work PC. I also mapped copy and paste. I had also mapped double click copy to a button.

Fyi I am a claw grip user.

FWIW, I'm also seeing a shipping charge via eBay, but it's almost half of what they're charging on the Best Buy website directly: $5.50 on eBay, $10 at BestBuy.com

Agree, dealing with it now. I was going to replace switches, but why if it'll happen again. Time to cut my losses and buy something with better switches and a better center wheel.

Its a broken design with defective buttons they sell just so they can keep the replacement g502x model priced higher.

Interesting. I like the wheel a lot. It has a nice heavy feel, and spins smoothly. But it makes sense if you want a tighter feel to the wheel. And the fast free scroll is a great replacement for Home/End not having to reach for the keyboard to me. I used one of these at my previous job for around 5 years, and bought this deal because I liked the mouse so much. Also never experienced a double click issue.
