With its workhorse movement and good build quality, this is a great deal. But at 44mm diameter and almost 14mm thick, it's a pass for me and my 6.5" wrist.

if you can pair it with silicone straps, the L2L isn't atrocious. the male end links on this bracelet will make it a deal breaker for guys like you and me, for sure

I have this watch in black/dark blue. It somehow wears smaller than 44mm size indicates, more like 42mm watch. It is my favorite daily watch. I have also seen this gold&silver version, and it was just too much bling for my taste, but for for the right person, it could be a great watch. I think mine gains maybe around 10s per day, good enough that I lost interest in that metric after obsessing over it for the first week or two (first couple hours were surprisingly atrocious, and then break-in quickly brought things to normal in under a day).

Oh, and that puffer fish laser engraving on the back side has surprisingly sharp edges. If you will not use single-piece strap (like I do) it will shave your wrist and might attempt to feast on your flesh.

Some people prefer that position on divers watches. Its location actually makes it easier to access with a right hand and it doesnt dig into your wrist.

Yes, I really like this crown position, it is perfect - subtle, out of the way, and does not dig in when wrists are bent.
